“Find strength and self-discovery in the quiet moments, embrace the power of stillness during change.”

Sessions with Lisa Fellowes

My personal and professional life experiences led me to coaching in mindfulness, deep relaxation and self-compassion. My aim is to help you uncover your innate wellbeing and inner balance through mindful practices, understanding the mind-body connection and rediscovering your true self.

After leaving the corporate world, both as an employee and as a self-employed consultant, I co-founded an ethical and sustainable natural health and well-being company that manufactured 100% natural hair and skin care products, which I spent my time running and managing until it was sold.

My path into mindfulness and self-compassion began when I experienced a devastating personal bereavement. I was introduced to mindfulness techniques, meditations, non-dual teachings and Buddhist practices to support me during this time of personal tragedy and my healing journey. During this difficult time, I also began my mid-life transition, commonly known as the menopause (and perimenopause).

The effect of these new practices was so powerful: I discovered my inner resilience, innate wisdom, inner stillness and found my true self. I took the decision to re-train and share this heartfelt wisdom with others. As an accredited mindfulness coach, my mission is to help you find balance, both mentally and emotionally, with a down-to-earth approach to mindfulness, compassion and self-care. My goal is to provide an inner sanctuary where resilience is built, calm is felt and lives are enriched through mindful wellness and clarity.

I am a Member of the CMA (Complementary Medical Association) and the IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists) and regularly improve and update my offering with CPD training (continued professional development).

I live with my husband, Marcus Fellowes, our two sons and our two dogs in Hampshire's beautiful South Downs National Park, a constant reminder of nature's calming influence. My family keep me grounded and remind me daily of life's simple joys.

In addition to my personal practice supporting women’s wellbeing, I co-run 'Awakening to Life' with my husband, where, in addition to mindfulness, we combine somatic experiencing and non-duality and explore the physical, biological, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of being human.

My gentle, heartfelt approach is rooted in ancient teachings and supported by modern research and neuroscience, drawing on the evidence-based techniques of MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Relief) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).

My fusion of mindfulness, yoga nidra, somatic movement and mindful yoga connects the mind and body and offers practical, heartfelt techniques and strategies for women, whatever challenges they're facing, bringing a sense of resilience, calm, clarity and positive transformation.

I welcome everyone. My practice is accessible to all and adaptable to your personal circumstances with effective, easy-to-learn tools for your mental health toolbox.
