A Family Affair

Back in 2011, my husband and our eldest son, Seren (who was five at the time), wrote some beautiful stories that capture the essence of mindful living. We’re excited to share that we've just updated one of these stories for new audiences, now available as an audiobook with a story companion that includes wonderful exercises for both parents and children.

The Mindful Ted stories honour and celebrate the depth, wisdom, love and compassion that is inherent within each and every one of us. With an abundance of joy and wonder they point to the connectedness and oneness of all life and mirror the essence of who we are at the depth of our being. Primarily a device for learning and self discovery the stories and story companions support, guide and aid the reader/listener through a natural unfolding of this understanding while providing them with the essential tools they need to help them become happier, healthier, grounded, passionate, creative, kind, loving and compassionate.

Mindful Ted, One Thing at a Time

In this beautifully produced story for audio we are transported to the English countryside in summertime and join Mindful Ted as he visits his good friend ‘Juggling Jimmy Johnson’, and finds him in a bit of a pickle. Jimmy is at his wits end, he just doesn’t know what to do. He’s become overwhelmed and can’t seem to focus clearly on anything. Ted comes up with a fun plan to help Jimmy learn how to relax, concentrate and enjoy doing one thing at a time.
