In honour of International Women's Day on Friday, I'm running a free one hour self-compassion and self-love mindfulness session at 1pm - 2pm via Zoom.
It will be an hour of guided meditation, visualisation and mindfulness techniques to offer ourselves the gift of self-compassion and self-love, and to remind ourselves how awesome we are!
